Please enter via the dirt driveway off Coffeetown Road between 4078 and 3954 Coffeetown Road, shown in blue. On wet days, use the paved road shown in red. Staging areas are marked on the map — pickup is typically done at areas 1 or 2.

What to Expect
Trees are organized and staged at the field edge for clean, efficient loading.
We have equipment on site to assist with loading onto your truck.
Ropes are available to help secure your load — please note they are not intended for long hauls.
For longer trips, tarps to cover loaded trees are strongly encouraged.
Terms of Purchase
Please make checks payable to “Dean Family General Partnership.”
50% due prior to digging, balance due on pickup.
We are not responsible for the success of trees after pickup, as planting conditions are beyond our control.
